I love hearing people’s stories, holding space, and listening.

It’s only fair that I share my own story.

I’m lucky. I’ve never struggled with existential questions like, “Who am I?” or “What am I meant to do?” I’ve always known that I’m an artist, and my purpose is to create. Where I do struggle is narrowing down a medium. I do so many things, It’s hard to choose just one title.

I’m a Digital Artist. I’m a Photographer. I’m a Videographer, I’m a Documentary Filmmaker. I’m a Writer, a Journalist, a Producer, a Marketer, a Communications Professional, and a Content Strategist. I speak four languages, and I love to travel.

I feel the pressure to choose just one thing and excel at it, especially because I’m the first to tell my clients: “narrow your scope, define your audience, and they will come.” So, I’ll admit: I’m a hypocrite. But in my defence, all these skills and passions build onto one another. My photographer’s eye makes me a stronger videographer. Journalism school made me a better copywriter and documentart filmmaker. Seven years of experience in digital marketing means I can create communication plans and tell brand stories. 

Through it all, the constant is a desire to tell stories. To turn complex information into something accessible and beautiful that others can relate to. No matter the medium. 

I use storytelling to build community and make people realize we’re not so different after all.
