Then, I write a report so we have a snapshot of your current social media presence, what's working, and what needs improvement.

Maybe it's for conversion/sales, but it could also be to connect with your community or to be recognized as the go-to player in your field.
I use this information to create your Content Strategy. It's a master document that anyone on your team can pick up, with a clear and actionable plan for your social media presence to be consistent and meet your goals.
Your content strategy includes: content guidelines and examples (content pillars), posting guidelines (format, frequency & hashtags), platform priorities (where to focus your energy), key messages & tone (how you want to be remembered) and branding guidelines, (visual rules for fonts, and color hierarchy).

Following your content strategy, I batch-create a month's worth of content. This includes a mix of reels, carousels, static posts, or text-only posts, depending on the platforms we've chosen and the goals you've set.
I create content with Adobe's Creative Suite or Canva using visuals you've shared with me, images I own, or assets I produce exclusively for you.
Everything is organized in a spreadsheet so you can easily see the captions, visuals, and hashtags planned for each day and add comments for me. Once approved, I'll schedule the content in advance and log into your accounts regularly to respond to comments, messages and interact with your niche.

Each month, I track your engagement rates, reach, impressions, and click-through rates and share them in a report. This helps me refine our content strategy, test new ideas and make sure we're meeting your content goals. It helps you see the return on your investment in Content Marketing.

I'm a big believer in organic content, especially for accounts under 25 thousand followers. That said, we can collaborate with UGC creators, influencers or invest in paid advertisements to increase your engagement if needed.
